Franck will mostly serve your breakfast from 08:30 to 10:00 from monday to saturday and from 9:00 to 10:00 the sunday, consciensciously prepared for the most important moment of your day. Before a professional time or a touristic moment in Mazamet surrondings
Also, we will have pressed for you a fresh orange juice
You can enjoy our homemade yogurts or a rice pudding from Marie
We will have been looking for your pastries ...
And your bread at our favorite baker
You can fill your toast with homemade jams
On your table you will find fresh and dry fruits
Your hot drink will be your choice of organic tea, Nespresso coffee, or chocolate
Finally, on request it can be served ham and cheese country.
Our guest table
Marie and Franck take turn in the kitchen to excite your palate. We really aim to offer you a hand-made and familial quality cuisine, from local, mostly bio, and seasonal products.
We propose two selections (except the sunday):
- The “slate” formula with dish, dessert.
- The “classic” formula with starter, main course, cheese, dessert accompanied by an aperitif and a hot drink.

* Children’s menu for children under 10 years, inspired or not from the parents menu, can be served at the price of 17 €, fruit juice or soda and mineral water offered.
